Sponsorship Opportunities
The Alaska Anthropological Association is holding its 52nd Annual Meeting from March 12-15, 2024 on the University of Alaska Anchorage campus. The conference will be in-person and offers opportunities for both research-driven presentations, as well as social events that encourage conversations and connections. It is an excellent gathering place for your organization or business to increase visibility, network, advertise job openings, and promote products or services to the association membership and conference attendees.
Sponsorship Opportunities Include:
Advertisement in the Conference Program – Conference attendees receive a physical copy of the conference program, which contains information on keynote speakers, sessions, presenters, and more. A copy of the program is also archived on the association website and made accessible to the public after the conference. Cost per AD: $100 (1/2 page), $200 (1 full page).
A Book Table in the Conference Exhibit Room – Reserve a table in the exhibit room at the event to promote your products, publications, job opportunities, or services. The exhibit room will be open for the full duration of the conference with designated times in the program for visitors and vendors to interact. Cost per TABLE: $600 (Discounted rate options for non-profits, upon request)
Craft / Artisan Vendor Table – Reserve a table in the exhibit room at the event to share your handmade art, cultural expressions, crafts, etc. The exhibit room will be open for the full duration of the conference with designated times in the program for visitors and vendors to interact. Cost per TABLE: $40
Donations – Your financial gift is greatly appreciated and is used to offset conference expenses and support student scholarships as we strive to address the current needs of our members, community partners, and collaborators, while continuing to make space for critical conversations. Donors are acknowledged in the conference program, on the association website and social media pages, and during the opening night reception and luncheons. As you are able, please consider the following options:

Pick.Click.Give. – Consider donating a portion of your PFD to the Association. This is the third year of our participation in the Pick.Click.Give. campaign and your generous donations have exceeded our expectations each year!
