Membership in the Alaska Anthropological Association is open to any individual or organization interested in anthropology.Memberships are available for the calendar year, from January 1 - through December 31st. Memberships received after October 1 will be applied to the following year. All members receive an annual subscription to the Alaska Journal of Anthropology (two issues) and the Association electronic newsletter, delivered by email.

Additional benefits of membership include discounted registration for the annual meeting, and discounted prices on Association publications - the Aurora monograph series and prior issues of the Alaska Journal of Anthropology. Each membership, with the exception of an institutional one, also includes voting privileges.

An additional $8.00 for postage to Canada and $15 outside North America will be automatically added per annum.
